We believe that single asset classes always benefit from the implementation of other asset classes. Retail, in particular, will face many changes in the future – change that is necessary.
We believe that there will no longer be a demand for retail on upper floors, as they are more suitable for other purposes such as co-working, co-living, logistics, hotel accommodation, or offices. Therefore, our strategy consists of acquiring vertical retail space and leveraging our experience and track record to implement alternative uses on these floors. This helps to diversify cash flows and hence the risk profile of the respective assets.
