Ariyan supports acquisitions and strategic asset management across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including retail, residential and hospitality, with a particular focus on distressed real estate and repositioning opportunities.

Before joining Dunman Capital, he gained experience at IC Immobilien, Sonar Real Estate, Nuveen and Activum SG, where he worked in asset management, fund management, investment management and corporate transactions within the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in Real Estate from TH Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences.
