Felix joined Dunman Capital in 2025, focusing on investment and asset management. Prior to joining Dunman Capital, Felix gained more than three years of experience at PIMCO Prime Real Estate in Frankfurt am Main. There, he contributed to portfolio strategy and underwriting for transactions, helped streamline and harmonise asset management across European residential, logistics, retail and office portfolios, and took responsibility for development projects and assets in the German market. He also led the adoption of AI and digital technologies to improve asset management performance.
