Project Example: The Q, Frankfurt am Main
Located in one of Frankfurt’s prime urban neighborhoods, The Q represents the strategic conversion of an office property into a high-quality serviced apartment scheme. Acquired in 2025 through a joint venture, the asset comprises approximately 8,000 sqm GFA with 172 units designed to accommodate both long-term stays and traditional hotel operators.
Benefiting from a quiet yet central setting on Querstraße, the property blends the residential character of Frankfurt’s Nordend with immediate proximity to the city center. Whilst also close to Oeder Weg, one of Frankfurt’s most vibrant streets, offering a wide variety of culinary, retail and lifestyle amenities. The project addresses the rising demand for high-quality, flexible short- and medium-stay accommodation in established urban markets.
Dunman oversees the full value chain, including development, construction, leasing, and asset management. A long-term agreement with a leading European serviced apartment operator ensures operational excellence and sustainable income generation.
