Fürst Ku’damm

FÜRST is one of Berlin’s most ambitious mixed-use developments combining retail, office and residential, transforming the former Ku’damm Karree into a vibrant urban hub in Berlin’s West End.

Designed as a new architectural and commercial landmark along Kurfürstendamm, the project redefines modern placemaking in Germany’s capital.

Upon completion, FÜRST will represent a high-class multi-use commercial property combining office, retail, gastronomy, culture, leisure, and hotel components within a cohesive urban environment. This integration of complementary functions, combined to a total lettable area of approximately 106.000 sqm, creates a dynamic ecosystem that enhances both the building’s identity and its surrounding urban fabric.

Since March 2024, Dunman has served as strategic lead for FÜRST’s complete repositioning. The firm manages the full value chain: structuring the investor consortium, developing tenant strategy and acquisition roadmap, overseeing construction execution, and driving pre-leasing and commercial placement. Dunman’s integrated approach – combining asset management, construction oversight, and market expertise – ensures coordinated delivery across retail, office, and residential components. This operational control directly enables FÜRST’s successful restructuring, realization, and long-term institutional-grade performance.
