Asset Management

Alexander joined Dunman’s Berlin office in April 2026 and is responsible for asset management, with a focus on the strategic oversight of large-scale residential portfolios.

He brings more than 14 years of experience in the real estate sector and has specialized in residential asset management since 2016. Over the course of his career, he has managed portfolios of up to 8,000 units with total asset values of up to EUR 700 million. His responsibilities include active asset management, the identification and execution of value-add initiatives, and the strategic and operational management of complex residential portfolios.

Prior to joining Dunman, he held positions at Kauri CAB Management, Forte Capital and most recently Adler Properties.
