Christoph joined Dunman Capital in April 2022 and focuses on investments, financing and leasing, while overseeing asset management and reporting across all asset classes.
He is responsible for the initiation and execution of the firm’s living strategies and hospitality projects.

He played a key role in the acquisition of Boulevard Berlin and in advancing manage-to-green living and hospitality projects. Before joining Dunman Capital, Christoph worked at MARK Capital (formerly Meyer Bergman), underwriting acquisitions in Germany and supporting the asset management of shopping centres, mixed portfolios, project developments and a €300 million multifamily portfolio.

Earlier in his career, he was part of Colliers’ Central Investment Team, where he gained experience across residential, retail, office and logistics sectors through large-cap transactions and retail conversion strategies.
