Davor is a Civil Engineer (University of Applied Sciences) and Real Estate Economist (ebs) with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale construction projects with a total capital expenditure exceeding €1 billion.
His background combines full commercial and technical project responsibility, team leadership, contract negotiation, financial reporting to investors, and claims management.

Prior to joining Dunman Capital, Davor served as CEO and Technical Director of Schäfer Holding GmbH, where he oversaw turnkey projects in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, each valued between €20 and €70 million.
His responsibilities included the management of internal teams, development of technical standards, budget planning, cost estimation, and comprehensive reporting to financiers, as well as the acquisition and execution of new projects.

He previously served as Lead Project Manager and Client Representative for “Strandkai-The Crown” in Hamburg, a €250 million development, where he held full commercial and technical responsibility for project delivery, led the tender process and subcontractor selection, and prepared detailed project monitoring reports for financial institutions and investors.

Davor also contributed to the construction of Sedelhöfe in Ulm as Senior Project Manager and Client Representative, where he managed scheduling and supervision of shell construction and apartment fit-outs, coordinated subcontractors, and oversaw claims and quality management.

Earlier in his career, as Project Manager for City Gate Bremen, a €120 million mixed-use project, he was responsible for site supervision of shell, façade, and hotel fit-out construction, as well as tender negotiations, cost controlling, and monthly investor reporting.
