Partner and Co-Founder at Dunman Capital

Prior to founding Dunman Capital, Josip worked as Chief Investment Officer at Mark Capital (formerly Meyer Bergman), where he had responsibility and oversight of all European investment activities, taking an active role in determining the firm´s strategy and ensuring portfolio execution, from acquisition through the hold period to disposal of all assets.

Josip has over 20 years of experience in the pan-European real estate industry. As former CEO of Multi Corporation, Blackstone´s largest European operating platform, he was responsible for over €10 billion in assets. Prior to his experience at Multi Corporation, he was CEO of Atrium European Real Estate, a large European REIT and CIO of ECE.
