Katrin works in asset management with a focus on large-scale projects such as Fürst and Boulevard Berlin.

She also supports the team across a wide range of asset classes – retail, office, residential, and hospitality – with a particular emphasis on distressed real estate and repositioning opportunities.

Before joining Dunman Capital, Katrin gained experience in asset and property management at RFR Germany and JLL.

She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from IREBS.
