Pascal supports acquisitions and strategic asset management across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including retail, residential and hospitality, with a particular focus on distressed real estate and repositioning opportunities.

Before joining Dunman Capital, he gained experience at Deloitte, Audi and LBBW, where he worked in real estate consulting, corporate real estate management and investment management. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
